Frequently asked questions
Should I choose PNG or JPG?
Use PNG for lossless quality, transparency or text screenshots. Use JPG when you care more about file size, and fine-tune the balance with the output quality slider.
Is higher resolution always better?
Not always. Higher resolution means bigger images and a longer wait. High (about 192 DPI) is enough for viewing and sharing; choose Ultra only for printing.
Does it get slow with many pages?
Yes, more pages at a higher resolution take longer. Export in batches with a page range or drop the resolution one notch.
Is my file uploaded to a server?
No. No uploads, no retention. Your privacy is fully protected.
